All About the 2019 Sweets & Snacks Expo

Taffy Town was a proud exhibitor at the 2019 Sweet & Snacks Expo this year in Chicago, Illinois. We had a wonderful time and met so many delicious companies along the way. As you might imagine, we brought a lot of taffy with us.

The Sweets & Snacks Expo “brings the best of the industry together.” This year there were over 450 candy exhibitors and 350 snack exhibitors. It is a hugely attended event known worldwide where exciting companies launch thousands of new products and the expo as a whole continues to grow at an astonishing rate.

As the worlds finest purveyor of salt water taffy, we brought with us 3 types of unique, mouth-watering taffy each come in a variety of flavors. Our traditional salt water taffy is whipped which creates a softer, chewier taffy. If you are looking for a tart treat Sassy Taffy packs a punch unlike any other type of taffy. The last line of chewy candy Taffy Town brought to the show was Simply Taffy; our taffy line that uses real fruit puree for an all natural, real fruit taste.
